The
youth’s project intents to find and educate young players, by means of
precise pedagogy principles and guidelines, like:
1.
Technical and sporting training
2.
Cultural and principles-oriented formation
3. Development of recreation activities.
AC
Milan is eager to talent scout new promising players in order to join its junior
soccer sector.
We
believe that teaching care and good will together with the appropriate
preparation methods and techniques will enable a talented young player to
become a champion.
The young players will be followed by professional teachers and couches of AC Milan Young Soccer Sector throughout the camp, every day, from airport pick up until departure.
By
the end of the camp the young players will depart highly motivated having
acquired new skills and techniques, new friends and a glance on how a
career in professional football might become a reality.
